Here you will find all the relevant information you need to book a stand, from selecting your stand and inviting your clients via the registration link, to ordering services and registering your stand personnel.

Stand assignment procedure 2027

We will do all we can to meet our customer’s preferences as far as possible. Experience has nevertheless shown that certain stand areas will attract several interested parties, which is why we have opted for a fair and transparent procedure:

Phase 1 (from now until 26 June 2026)
All parties (past and new) interested in a stand can submit their order to vps.epas; the definitive stand assignment process will take place immediately after phase 1 is completed. If several parties have a preference for the same stand at the end of phase 1, the stand is assigned in
accordance with the following priorities:

sponsors
past stand holders
sale of advertisements, past trade fair participation and customer loyalty

Phase 2 (from 29 June 2026)
first come – first served

Please note: As by experience the most popular stand spaces are soon reserved, it is also in your interest to act quickly. In order to be able to guarantee the best possible coordination for the assignment of stand spaces, they will not be definitively confirmed until a later date. We will do all we can to meet our customer’s preferences as far as possible.

Trade fair plan 2027

The Pension Market Trade Fair and the Pension Symposium take place at the halls 3 and 4 at the Messe Zurich. You can book a modular stand or a space for your own stand (extra costs for own stand). Stand areas are divided into categories 1 and 2, which differ according to location.
